Need to charge multiple devices all at once? You should try AnthroDesk Desktop Power Station

Desk Setup with AnthroDesk Power Station

Everyone nowadays owns multiple devices. You have your cellphone, maybe a tablet, a laptop, a digital camera, and many others. When you are at work in your office, you may be using multiple devices at your desk there, and may need to plug them in all at once. Well, right now since most people are self-isolating or practicing physical distancing and not in the office, you may need to plug in many devices in your home office space instead, or a corner you use as your workspace, like by your couch for instance.

AnthroDesk Desktop Power Station

I found this handy power hub for this purpose – the AnthroDesk Desktop Power Station. It has 2 regular three-pronged power outlets, 3 USB charging ports, and a wireless Qi charger. It’s basically like a power strip with a thick 5-ft. power cord at the back which you use to plug in to a power socket. It has a built-in power surge protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, over-temperature protection, and over-current protection, so it’s definitely safe to use for charging multiple devices at the same time.

It costs $39.99 from Best Buy Canada or direct from the manufacturer’s website, which I think is reasonable for its quality and for its convenience.

Below are photos of how I have multiple devices plugged into mine. It’s not the nicest setup since I do not have a home office because I normally work from the office, but at least this power hub helps. Featured are my work cellphone, my work laptop, my work headset, and my personal tablet (and my S.O.’s laptop is on the side but I didn’t have it plugged in).

If you do get one yourself, or if you have something else similar, let me know in the comments below!
